To train employees to increase their level of competency, productivity and quality

Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak Campus in collaboration with Malaysian Employers Federation Academy (MEF) is pleased to introduce the Penjana HRDF Initiative Training Course – SME Development Programme.

This initiative is aimed at assisting the SME employers to continuously train their employees to increase their level of competency, productivity and quality to enhance the development and sustainability of SME companies in the global market post COVID-19.

As for the SME employees, this initiative will enhance their career development by increasing their skills to retain in their current job and increase their worth/value in the job market upon gaining the value added skills through training.

The training is a 3-Day programme:

  • Day 1 – Collaborating through Collaborative Platform
  • Day 2 – Net-Etiquette & Working Effectively from Home
  • Day 3 – Cloud Based Productivity Tool

  • Fully funded by HRDF
  • Note: Daily allowance will be provided

As the main language of instruction is English, you will be required to be proficient in the language. Also, participant should have at least SPM or other equivalent level.
