Passport

Your passport is an official document and issued by your respective government. It certifies the holder’s identity and citizenship, entitling them to travel under its protection to and from other countries.

Lost passport

In an event that you have lost your passport, immediate actions are required to ensure that you have a valid documentation being in Malaysia.

Step 1
Make a police report at the nearest police station

Step 2
Report to Visa Services (Swinburne Sarawak)

Step 3
Prepare RM 100 for a Special Pass fee

Step 4
Notify your respective embassy for a passport replacement

Passport Renewal/Replacement at respective Embassy

  • Please contact your Embassy in Malaysia for the required documents.
  • Fill in Application for Status Letter form (available at Student Form web page)
  • Your current passport
  • Submit all the documents to your respective embassy.
